Mission-led health advocacy organisation
Make your health harder to dismiss.
Wild Enough Women is building an early advocacy app to help users capture health experiences over time and prepare clearer appointment-ready summaries in their own words.
The Wild Enough Women app is currently in early development. Public access is not yet open.
Core message
Why Wild Enough Women exists
Women and those with chronic or unclear symptoms are too often expected to compress months or years of health experiences into a short appointment.
What gets missed is not only information. It is the emotional cost of having to explain yourself clearly while already exhausted, uncertain, or in pain.
“You should not have to become an expert just to be taken seriously.”
Why this exists
A calmer response to medical dismissal and communication overload.
Many women and people navigating long-term health conditions are not only dealing with symptoms. They are also dealing with the challenge of being believed, remembered, and understood.
Complex health stories are often reduced to short conversations. Repetition becomes exhausting. Important patterns get lost. The emotional labour of advocacy falls on the person already under strain.
Wild Enough Women exists to make that burden lighter, more structured, and more visible.
What that looks like in practice
- A place to record symptoms, changes, and questions over time
- A clearer timeline when memory is under pressure
- A more confident starting point for appointments
- A tone grounded in validation rather than alarm
What we’re building
An early MVP for low-friction journaling, reviewing entries over time, and preparing appointment-ready summary notes.
The early MVP is designed to help people record what is happening in their own words, add structured symptom details, review entries over time, and generate a summary that supports self-advocacy.
Low-friction journaling
The app is being developed to let users add written notes, select symptoms, record pain levels, and optionally log triggers or cycle day details in a calm, structured flow.
Review entries over time
We are testing simple charts and history views that make it easier to revisit entries and notice repeated themes across days.
Appointment-ready summary
The current MVP can turn logged entries into a structured summary designed to be easier to bring into an appointment conversation.
Inside the early MVP
What the app is being built to support.
The current app is an early MVP in development. It is designed to support low-friction journaling, reviewing entries over time, and preparing clearer appointment notes. Public access is not yet open.
Capture what is happening
Add notes in your own words, record pain levels, and log symptoms, triggers, and optional cycle information.
Review entries over time
Look back across recent check-ins and simple charts to support reflection and pattern awareness.
Prepare clearer appointment notes
Generate an appointment-ready summary from entries to help structure conversations with clinicians.
What comes next
The next phase will explore what needs to be clearer, calmer, and more useful in practice as development continues responsibly.
